Understanding Your Funding Options
Funding is one of the most important things to understand, so we’ve made it easy to find. Here’s a clear starting point, and we’re always happy to walk through it with you.
DDA Funding
Daybound is a locally-owned, DDA-approved provider serving King County. Respite Care and Community Engagement services may be covered through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).
DDA respite is a waiver service available on the Basic Plus, Children’s Intensive In-Home Behavioral Supports (CIIBS), Individual & Family Services (IFS), and Core waivers.
Private Pay & Companionship Services
Daybound also works with individuals and families who are paying privately for services. DDA funding is not required for companionship, outings, or other privately funded support. Contact us and we can help you figure out which option makes the most sense.
Private pay can be a flexible option while exploring or awaiting DDA authorization.
For Case Managers & Support Professionals
We provide clear service and referral information so case managers and support professionals can help the people they support get connected quickly.
Reach out and we’ll share service details, availability, and the getting-started process.
